Order Changes

All custom order can change detail information and be cancelled freely within 48 hours once placing the custom order.

 

Shipping

Wig Renew ships orders using United States Post Office. All orders require a mandatory 3 day processing time and an additional 1 to 5 business days for delivery depending on the shipping option selected. For overnight or express shipping, please contact us directly at wigrenew@outlook.com

 

Wig Unit Maintenance and Repair Services

Wig Renew is offering its expertise through its Wig Unit Repair Service for damaged and worn-out wigs. Upon contacting us, we will ask you to send the wig(s), to our styling studio so that we may provide you with a pre-repair estimate and one-on-one consultation. Once you have contractually agreed to our services, we will either request a deposit or send invoice for the full payment to begin the repair. The balance is to be paid upon completion and before shipping. Shipping costs and taxes are not included in the price of the repair.

Wig Renew strives to deliver quality wig care services without hidden costs. If you're not happy with the repairs/services performed on your unit, we'll fix it for free or refund the cost of the repair. However, we are NOT able to reimburse you for the purchase price of the wig unit. A licensed hairstylists will evaluate your system carefully; we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects of your unit. If making repairs isn't worth the money or could lead to further damage we'll be honest and let you know during the consultation or before work begins. If you're not happy with the repairs to your unit, let us know within 15 days of receiving it and we'll fix it for free or refund the cost of the repairs.

 

During your consultation, it is imperative that you share the unit’s special care instructions and previous treatments with the Wig Renew stylist. Please disclose hair sensitivities, type of hair, texture, color treatments, and allergies you may have.

We exercise utmost care while handling units. In the event your wig is damaged or lost while in Wig Renew’s possession, Wig Renew’s liability shall not exceed three (3) times the service charge. Please note: If we are unable to contact you after your system is mailed in, and there's no feedback regarding your repair, we will hold your system for up to 90 days. At that time, the system will be discarded.

Wig Return Policy

Our goal at Wig Renew is to create high-quality full lace human wigs. Since human hair wigs are a hygienic hair product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously, due to this sales are FINAL on purchases.

 

We make your custom wig according to your exact specifications. Incorrect measurements will result in a wig unit that does not properly fit. It is best to have an in-person assessment to assure correct measurements are taken. If that is not possible, we will provide a guide that can help. Please take your measurements using the guide very carefully. Wig Renew is not responsible for variances in color caused by monitor settings or photographs. Should you desire a specific color and tone, we highly recommend our customers to send us the color of their choice by providing the color code and manufacturer.

Deposits Non-Refundable
Once your deposit is paid, work begins on your purchase. Due to the custom nature of our products and services, deposits, as applicable, are non-refundable and credit cannot be applied to future purchases.
